MELINA BOSWELL
Melina is the CEO and Founder of NWAC, a national community of real estate investors. She has been an entrepreneur for over 30 years, with 25 years in the Real Estate industry. She has personally closed hundreds of transactions totaling over $100m. , and actively participates in real estate deals closed by NWAC members. She has created several million dollar earning entrepreneurs based on the principles she teaches.
She started her journey as a paralegal specializing in BK, civil litigation and family law and after 10 years of being a self employed paralegal she developed and taught college level curriculum in paralegal studies that was approved by the state of California.
Melina believes that giving back is a critical component of being a successful entrepreneur. She participates in several charitable events and has been a board member with Path of Life Ministries (POLM) for the past 9 years. POLM is a non profit organization who’s serving the greater Riverside area’s homeless, challenged youth and family population.
KEKOA LWIN
Kekoa has been a real estate investor for almost 20 years. He is involved in every facet of real estate from fix-and-flips, brokering deals as a licensed agent in four states (HI, WA, NV, TX), construction as a general contractor, lending and property management. Kekoa’s real estate portfolio includes short-term rentals, multi-family apartments, residential assisted living facilities and commercial real estate. These days, Kekoa loves coaching others in building their real estate portfolios!
Academically, Kekoa majored in Accounting and minored in Real Estate & Marketing. He has an MBA Degree from Hawaii Pacific and a Master’s in Leadership from Bethel University.
Kekoa lives in Seattle, Honolulu and Las Vegas. While real estate is his passion, fitness is his happy place! He is a certified personal trainer who loves training others. His favorite past time is jumping into his RV with his family to explore the country.
JOEL BONGCO
Joel is Vice President and Chief Experience Officer at eWorld Enterprise Solutions. At eWorld, Joel and his team guide state, local, and commercial organizations through technological change. For almost two decades now, he has led some of Hawaii’s largest and most complex IT projects in times of modernization and crisis.
Joel is also Chief Executive Officer of Inspired Life Investments LLC (ILI). ILI is a real estate investment and development company.
Based in Honolulu, ILI has the expertise in many types of real estate projects and has developed a wide network of government and community contacts, which play a key role in serving homeowners and the community with integrity and Aloha.
